Product Description: Size: 3-5 mm Silica Gel Beads. These beads are not the fine powder type used for drying flowers. Do not use them for this purpose. Instead, you can place the beads inside organza bags, muslin bags, or any other breathable bags. They also serve as replacement desiccant for air dryers and compressors.

The indicating Orange silica gel beads will change to Dark Green when they have absorbed 50-60% moisture. Even after the color change, there is still almost half more capacity to absorb moisture. It is important to note that the Orange beads are free of cobalt chloride.

You can Reactivate the beads by placing them in the oven for 0.5 to 2 hours at 200 to 250F or in the microwave for 10 minutes on the defrost mode. Avoid using temperatures over 250F in the oven. Depending on the beads' condition, they may require a shorter reactivation time. Check the beads' color periodically during the process.

For long-term preservation and protection, store the beads in an air-tight sealed container. The packaging jugs are made in the USA and have handles for easy carrying and pouring.
